Hi, my name is Maple and I'd like to welcome you to my bio! I'm excited to have you and would like to thank you first and foremost for your interest in my program. I am a certified personal trainer and military veteran that has a deep passion for fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I've been active in a range of physical fitness styles from the age of 9. My background varies from track and field, basketball, soccer, weight lifting and HIIT training. I have a son that's currently two years old and like most mothers getting back to my previous weight wasn't the easiest thing I've ever faced but needless to say it was achieved. It was definitely one of my biggest challenges physically but changed my life in the process. With that being said I'd like to challenge you to a lifestyle change.
